Pray to the Father

It is necessary to have open communication with God to establish a relationship. Prayer is the way we communicate with God. Jesus teaches us a simple yet effective manner of prayer, also known as the Lord’s prayer. Anyone can memorize this blueprint to prayer; it’s super easy to remember.

Try to implement it in your daily life. Make talking to God a priority and not a habit that changes with your mood. Continual communication with God helps enable you to stay on the right path.

I encourage you to always remain prayerful despite the day you’re experiencing. When you don’t know what to pray, remember the blueprint to the Lord’s prayer.

The Lord’s prayer

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. Matthew 6:9-13. (also found in Luke 11:2-4).
