Bible verses righteousness – Work righteousness daily before God Almighty. 

And he believed in the LORD, and he counted it to him for righteousness. Genesis 15:6.

The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me. 2 Samuel 22:21.

My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach me so long as I live. Job 27:6.

I put on righteousness, and it clothed me: my judgment was a robe and a diadem. Job 29:14.

He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. Psalm 15:2.

As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness. Psalm 17:15.

He that speaketh truth showeth forth righteousness: but a false witness deceit. Proverbs 12:17.

In the way of righteousness is life; in the pathway thereof there is no death. Proverbs 12:28.

Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner. Proverbs 13:6.

Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. Proverbs 14:34.

Behold a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment. Isaiah 32:1.

Righteousness in the bible

And thy that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and thy that turn many to righteousness, as the stars for ever and ever. Daniel 12:3.

Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you. Hosea 10:12.

Blessed are thy which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Matthew 5:6.

For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of God. Matthew 5:20.

And said, O full of all subtlety and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord? Acts 13:10.

For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Romans 4:3.

And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Ephesians 4:24.

For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth. Ephesians 5:9.

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness. Ephesians 6:14.

But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. 1 Timothy 6:11.

Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:8.

But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne O God, is for ever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of thy kingdom. Hebrews 1:8.

Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. Hebrews 1:9.

To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace. Hebrews 7:2.

Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless, afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. Hebrews 12:11.

And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. James 2:23.

And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. James 3:18.

But and if ye suffer for righteousness sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled. 1 Peter 3:14.
