Gentleness

Bible verses gentleness – How amazing it is that we serve a God who is loving, kind and tender mercy.

Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy gentleness hath made me great. 2 Samuel 22:36.

Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath held me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great. Psalm 18:35.

By long forbearing is a prince persuaded, and a soft tongue breaketh the bone. Proverbs 25:15.

Verses about gentleness

To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, showing all meekness unto all men. Titus 3:2.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. James 3:17.

Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the forward. 1 Peter 2:18.

But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. 1 Peter 3:4.
